Hello guys, been lurking this place for quite some time now ^^ I have a question. Can anyone explain these?
http://www.kingrecords.co.jp/soundhorizon/iberia/
http://www.kingrecords.co.jp/soundhorizon/roman/
http://www.kingrecords.co.jp/soundhorizon/moira/

I found the first one because nattokinase translated it, but I still have no clue about it. The Roman one is asking for the 11 letters message, easy, but I'm totally clueless about the Moira one >.<

For me, the scenery changes into that Greek temple thing and stays like that, with this purple sky. Nothing else loads.

If I input the wrong thing, it changes to that temple looking thing with text in the sky, so I definitely put in the correct input.

Nothing else loads? It's supposed to display some sparkly clickable text.

I think you're supposed to click on the constellation after the page loads.

566 here, lmao! Because it was all in kana, I couldn't figure it out. That one's totally going to memo. It fits Roman though, I suppose.

Is anyone willing to translate the text in the kingrecords page, or at least type them down for me ? All the letters are too small for me to see clearly, and that damn black screen makes my eyes hurt >< God damn, i just want to try solving the page myself.

>> No.1260

They're the pages for the secret tracks of 'Seisen no Iberia', 'Roman' and 'Moira'.
The second link is the only one that works.
It is possible to solve two of the three Iberia riddles, but it won't provide you a secret track.
At first people thought it was because they entered the wrong answer when solving the first riddle, but look at this page:
http://www.kingrecords.co.jp/soundhorizon/roman2/
See the riddle? See the '3060' at the bottom? It's the answer of the riddle. Enter that into the white box above.
Then you will see the second riddle, and its url will be:
http://www.kingrecords.co.jp/soundhorizon/roman2/index1.php
See the answer at the bottom? Revo wouldn't have written down the answers in some random place if it had lead us to something.
Change the 'index1' to 'index2' and you will get the last Iberia riddle: The Riddle of Depth.
And the text at the bottom will say:
'No Answer'

.........................Please don't make a fool out of your fans, Revo!!!

>>1260 Holy shit, that's creepy! I just got the regular edition last month, and I just now (with much fear) pulled it apart to check. The text is indeed there!

I'd like to point out something though. I didn't even realize it was Thanatos' eye until I pulled the jewel case off and tipped it sidways. If you tip it like a normal CD case, I always thought it looked like Moira's empty face staring at me... Am...I the only one who thought this? Coincidencce? or have I stumbled onto a double meaning image?

I took a picture of it to clarify. Yes, I left the jewel case on because it doesn't have the same effect when the eye is visible.

>> No.1265

That's certainly Thanatos. Because...
points at the overall PURPLISH tint
then points at the black thing at the top right corner
Purple, which is known to be a mysterious color and the color of death, is the color of Thanatos.
The black thingy is half of the 'Θ' mark from Θανατος which is placed in the center of the forehead of Thanatos. We cannot see the other half because the image was too small for the whole thing.

BTW, if you visit the dummy site, you can see the same image there.
And the riddle is:
"Dear living children, why did you come to the underworld, against Mother's will?"
Since 'child' means 'human', 'underworld' means 'Hades' and 'Mother' means 'Moira', it is definitely Thanatos who is asking.
And Moira wouldn't get mad at us so easily, unlike bad-tempered Thanatos<<<<<<-gets shot>

>> No.1267

>>1265

I think you misunderstood me. I never said it wasn't Thanatos' eye/face, it's obviously the same picture as on the king records page... just that if you tip it sideways as in my picture it looks a lot like the 'faceless' Moira from the live. As in, the folds of the eye look like hair framing an obscured face (because of the jewel case). There's a good picture of that on page 4.

Maybe I'm the only one who sees it like that, but honestly the first time I took the CD out of the case and tried to make out that background. That image instantly popped to mind. Make what you will of it.

>> No.1256

Well, that was pointless.

Don't go around making a thread just for this, this isn't a forum. If you're confused go through the older threads and look. And please try to refrain from posting useless topics like these, they make the older ones (that might actually have been good) disappear.

>> No.1257

>>1256

This is why we have 'sage' ^^

Blickroad should make a sticky on here because it seems half the people who come here don't know how imageboards work. I've told people numerous times how to delete their posts and they still don't do it.

>> No.1259

>>1256
I don't think that was really called for, considering that it was a first post by someone who seems to have never visited an imageboard prior to this.

That being said, yes, I do hope people will delete multiple posts or misfires. :( Or we should start making back-ups of the earlier threads.

>> No.1261

Again, you guys are missing your own points by not sageing. You do realize putting sage in the email/link field keeps the post from being bumped and therefore makes it go down the page and keeps the good threads up?

>> No.1264

>>1261
Er, I am fully aware of what the sage function is and how it works. I didn't feel the need to not bump the thread up, just as I do not feel the need not to bump it right now. If I recall correctly, it is the creation of a new thread that causes old threads not to be bumped up, not the mere act of replying to an existing thread. If I have this wrong, please feel free to correct me.

>> No.1269

>>1264

Every time you reply to an existing thread (without sageing), it will bump that thread to the top of the page, therefore moving the rest down the page. I'm sageing this thread when I reply because I want it to end up on the last page and get deleted. By not sageing you guys are countering that effect and just bringing it to the top again. There is however a sort of 'bump' limit, which is why the extremely long threads stop getting bumped after a while. That's probably what you're thinking of.

Conversely, you can just bump the good threads you want to save from disappearing after page 4.

We've had quite a few varied explainations of those albums and others in past threads. I'm sure if you did some digging, you could find them again!
^____^
I don't think you absolutely have to listen to all the albums in order, but it often helps to make connections. I mean, I didn't listen to Chronicle 2nd, Lost, or Thanatos for months after I first started liking SH! X3

>> No.1247

>>1245
I agree with Lute. The interpretations are all up to a person - the closest you can probably due is look for song translations and work your way from there. A lot of links and translations have been posted in the past threads, so just keep backtracking.

Haha, I did the same - Thanatos was actually the last album I listened to, and I started from around the post-Aramary albums. The albums can be taken separately or considered interconnected, depending on a person. Either way, listening to them in non-chronological order shouldn't badly affect your understanding and appreciation of the songs.

>> No.1248

ah well thx 4 your suggestion!

especially how to search a past thread..

i just found some translation accidentally.
don't know how to search..

forgive for my stupidity and bad english.. m(_ _)m

>> No.1249

>>1248
Ah, "digging" is a figurative term. Basically, you just scroll and read through the past threads by going down the page and expanding the posts that have been hidden because of length.

>> No.1250

yea i know ^w^

oh, so the secret lies in that 'comment too long'.... nod nod

thank you!!

>> No.1251

Also, you can delete that double post of yours by clicking the check mark box on it, then scrolling to the bottom of the page and simply hitting 'delete'

>> No.1252

thank you! thank you! thank you!

bows

>> No.1253

Haha! Well, just keep expanding those threads and see what you can find!
^____^

I think posts that have "Translation", "Story Lines", or "Question" in the title will likely be most helpful. Discussions often got very specific in some of those, so it's probably best to read the translations first or you may get seriously confused. Happy "digging"! XD

I was thinking of a translation project to translate all of the sound horizon albums and maxi singles. Sadly, I'm no translator but I was wondering if some of you might donate your time into this project? ^^;

>> No.1236

There are pre-existing translations of most Sound Horizon songs, so you might want to compile those?

Or if you mean a re-translation project ... Well, I'm no translator myself, but best of luck in finding them.

Hello all, I've recently just become a fan of Sound Horizon and found this image board while lurking around. After watching the whole Moira concert, I've started to like Thanatos more and more and so I've been hunting for images on him.

Over the past few days, I only found a few images of him but what I did find were usually pictures that were very small. So I was wondering, does anyone have a larger and higher quality sized picture of the one displayed? I have been looking everywhere for one but sadly all my searches have ended up in failure.

I'd be eternally grateful if anyone does have it. Though, if it's not much to also ask, can we start a Thanatos image thread as well?

Ah! I'm really sad about not knowing any good subbing software, but thank you so much for the offer! You have my support~

>> No.1217

>>1215
Subs can easily be created in Notepad using in a .srt file. All you have to do is make the name of the .srt file identical to the video file. Then you just type the beginning and end time codes for each line, along with the line themselves. It sounds confusing, but a quick internet search would probably yield good tutorials.

Otherwise, there's a free program called Subtitle Creator, which essentially does the same thing as listed above, only with a simple-to-use interface

And is it just me or does the audio chop a bit at places? File size is massive too.
