It's already the 9th in moonland and I believe I speak for all of us when I ask; Is it out yet?

I ordered both DVDs a while ago, but it seems like it'll take a while for them to get here and I'd like to see the live as soon as possible ):

Since the YouTube videos are out, I made a hasty translation of Sound Horizon's new song from the DVD, "Conquistadors of the Sea". It's probably laden with mistakes since I'm not a pro with Japanese and I was in a rush today, so I apologize in advance for any errors:

Pizarro, Cortes, Grijalva
Conquistadores who traveled across the ocean

The sky was red
As if colored by a comet
Could that kind of event
be a sign of misfortune?

The lack of explanation angered
The king of time, Moctezuma
He let the soothsayer starve to death
But it was too late,
for the tragedy has already begun

Conquistadores, Conquistadores
Conquistadores, Conquistadores
Conquistadores, Conquistadores
Conquistadores, Conquistadores

Quetzacoatl,
payback of the gods,
puzzled inhabitants

Hernan Cortes,
fired at the gods,
with a white flash of relámpago (lightning)

Conquistadores, Conquistadores
Conquistadores, Conquistadores
Conquistadores, Conquistadores
Conquistadores, Conquistadores

The ships were already at sea
The path of retreat has been cut off
The brave conquistadores
With their general Cortes continue on!

Torteka's(?) illusion
was destroyed
The Aztec's dreams
Were crushed under the heels
Of Los Conquistadores

The gods of paganism will be demolished in time
Look...ah...that's about right...
God (justice) is merciless

Conquistadores
Those who gain power
And those who lose power

Those who search for fame
And those who snatch away life

This holy war is far away, across the ocean
And it continues to expand
The fight for god's name
Will dye the stone roads scarlet

Good
And evil
Are in the palm of history's hand

Ah...even now...it continues to revolve
There is no correct answer
There is no end in the darkness

Conquistadores, Conquistadores
Conquistadores, Conquistadores
Conquistadores, Conquistadores
Conquistadores, Conquistadores

Conquistadores, Conquistadores
Conquistadores, Conquistadores
Conquistadores, Conquistadores
Conquistadores, Conquistadores

Conquistadores, Conquistadores
Conquistadores, Conquistadores

Whoa, that's wonderful, anonymous! It was quite complete. I hope it could add some correction to the lyric I found ago in SH's international Fansite

http://sanhora.webs.com/

I've been watching the vid for all while. Too bad RuleBreaker57 seems to post not in correct order, as if some also seems like they're just cut through. But I think the concert is amazing! Pity that I don't have any paypal or enough money to buy it, orz.

Rulebreaker just uploaded the videos another guy uploaded on nicovideo, that's why some of them had to be cut too.

>> No.1167

Watched 6/26 yesterday - and wow what the heck. Revo keeps outdoing himself. I thought Moira was already amazing enough...but this...

Is it me or is the audio on this concert so much better than Moira's? I got the blu-ray and listened to it on 5.1 master sound, and it sounds absolutely stunning. Especially during Mythos - where I can almost hear every part in perfect harmony. Feast for the ears.

I also set it to the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swKhwi5opF4

You have it on Blu-Ray? That's amazing! I'd love to hear Sound Horizon on 5.1, you could probably hear all the nuances and stuff

It's Toltec ^^ , maybe it's written Toruteka in katakana for the artistic purpose (and easier to read too)

>He let the soothsayer starve to death

Him letting the soothsayer starve to death already marked the beginning of the tragedy.

>payback of the gods,
>puzzled inhabitants

Inhabitants puzzled at the return of the gods.

>fired at the gods,
>with a white flash of relámpago (lightning)

The white flash of lightning unleashed by the only god.

>Those who search for fame

Those who earned fame. Those who were deprived of their lives.

>This holy war is far away, across the ocean
>And it continues to expand

The holy war will cross the wide sea and continue to spread afar...while staining the stone pavements scarlet, in god's name.

Ah..even now they continue to wander...
With no right answer in sight...

Any of you watched the video letters on the 27th? The first was from Castor's seiyuu, while the second was from Cosmopolitan Napolitan. That one was utter chaos and crack. I couldn't stop laughing after watching that.XD

>> No.1184

>>1183
Ah, so that's who it was! I thought it was the director of the production or some other executive. XD Yay, Castor!

I love the Cosmopolitan Neapolitan video to bits. Even thinking about it makes me grin. I hope they show up more! I'd like to see more of KAORI with her sword, too. It was great fun seeing her thrust it out at Jake.

>> No.1185

Somebody said that everyone in cosmopolitan neapolitan were named after different kinds of cheese, is that right? Anybody know who's named what?

As far as i know, cosmopolitan is a kind of cocktail made with vodka, Cointreau and some others, also name of a magazine for women. Neapolitan is a kind of layered cream, and according to my Italian learner roomate, it also means Napoli people.

For those of you want to download from Jshare, but are having problems -

Use 注册 (the yellow button at the top bar) to register. Please avoid using gmail, it blocks the verification email. I have found hotmail to work successfully with the site. After registering, it should send an email to the address you had registered with, together with the verification link.

(For clarification purposes, 用户名=username / 电子邮箱=email / 密码=password / 确认密码=retype password. The last box is for captcha.)

Login and go back to the page the SH DVD download is on, you should see the download links now at where the white boxes were. (refer to image <- if you are unclear) Happy downloading, I hope this is able to help some of you.

A download accelerator is highly recommended if you do not have a stable or fast connection, since their FTP server tends to be really slow sometimes... if not always.

>> No.1196

>>1195
What are you smoking? I didn't have to register for anything, just a click here and there and that was it.

Can't torrent it though, my upload is like 12kbps. Sorry to that other anon.

o... kay? I had problems downloading until I logged in and I thought this might apply to some others too. Sorry I had the nerve to think that maybe this would help the anon who had problems, and thanks for being rude.

Rude? lady, I can be a total dick if i want, i recognize that much. But that wasn't rude at all.

Take it easy, kid.

>> No.1200

I managed to download it in the end so I don't need a torrent. But I'm sure it'd be good to have one anyway for the many people out there. My upload is also a pile of shit so me making one ain't happening.

Anyway you don't really need to register to download it. If you try to paste the download link directly into a download manager though, it will give you a wrong password and whatnot error, so you gotta kinda just click on it and then pass it through to a download manager through plugins like flashgot. Otherwise you gotta just download it directly with your web browser.

>> No.1201

Aw man, I got the blu-rays but apparantly you can't see the extra footage on the blu-ray ver. So I really hope someone uploads the extra footage later...

>> No.1202

Despite his/her rudeness, >>1196-san is right; no need to register, you can just click the link above the file size in either popup. If you want to use a download manager, copy this link, but take care not to initiate it in the browser first. I'm guessing it sets up some temporary download session, judging from the url.

>>1195-san, I for one appreciate the thorough explanation. Hell, I followed it to the letter and got an account before I realized it wasn't really needed. Still, thank you for your efforts!

>> No.1203

I found that you had to initiate it in the browser and then pass it to a download manager via a browser plugin for it to truly work. By just copying the url, the user name and password for that session somehow doesn't cross over and you end up with an error.

>> No.1204

>>1202
"His", and seriously, saying "what are you smoking?" a common expression is considered rude? Did I ended up on the carebears imageboard by accident? Heck, I even offered my apologies to that ther guy for not being able to upload it as a torrent.

As for the download, all i did was click the "
# 723.73 M[hayabusa] Sound Horizon 第三次領土拡大遠征凱旋記念『国王生誕祭』2009.06.26 Disc1.mp4" link, a popup appeared and I just right clicked the first link on that popup (点击此处开始下载 for disk 1) and chose "save link as" and that was it.

Seriously guys, take it easy.

>> No.1205

>>1204

I agree completely. There was absolutely nothing rude about what anonymous said. It's called expressing yourself. Seriously you guys, learn2internet and stop being pansies. I've noticed some people on this board can't seem to take anything that's negative/contrary to what they say without freaking out.

Ridiculous-ness aside. The link works fine for me too on its own, but I think i'm gonna at least wait until something for both days is up.

>> No.1206

On the topic of the second day... any signs of it popping up outside of niconico/youtube yet?

I guess its going to take a while since apparently you had to input arrow pattern inputs and stuff with the right timing to access the MC sections or something. A bit trickier to rip than usual.

>> No.1207

Yeah, it does indeed seem trickier to rip than usual. I still realy hope we'll get to see it though

Okay, here's the deal guys. I'm thinking of subbing these lives. Does anybody know of a free, simple subbing program?

If there is such a program, I'll probably get to subbing it as soon as a torrent for the second day comes out! It'd be nice if we got a better quality rip of the first day too, but I guess the ones we already have will have to do for now.

Also, I am neither a Japanese-expert or English-expert, so maybe someone would be willing to fix any mistakes I've done after I've finished subbing it.

>> No.1216

>>1215
Ah! I'm really sad about not knowing any good subbing software, but thank you so much for the offer! You have my support~

>> No.1217

>>1215
Subs can easily be created in Notepad using in a .srt file. All you have to do is make the name of the .srt file identical to the video file. Then you just type the beginning and end time codes for each line, along with the line themselves. It sounds confusing, but a quick internet search would probably yield good tutorials.

Otherwise, there's a free program called Subtitle Creator, which essentially does the same thing as listed above, only with a simple-to-use interface

>> No.1218

>>1215
Aegisub anyone?
I have experience subbing and can do the times for you with that, even add some nice fonts.

Just don't ask me to do no flashy karaoke like those you see in anime, I never liked that crap.

Rulebreaker here! Just letting you guys know I uploaded the full DVD rip of Day 1 to Youtube. And to those who commented before; I actually do own my own version of the limited edition DVDs. The LQ was taken from Nico Nico, but the HQ is ripped from my own copy of the DVDs. DVD rip of Day 2 is coming real soon (hopefully in less than a week or so).

2nd day got a torrent, but the 2nd disc is incomplete, only the first 20 minutes of it is around for some reason.

And is it just me or does the audio chop a bit at places? File size is massive too.

At any rate, still got the first DVD in its entirety, so its better than nothing at the moment.

Rulebreaker, where did you go D:

>> No.1240

>>1238

Kurobara uploaded that, says he's fixing disc 2 and then'll re-upload it.

No chance we'll get a better quality rip of Day 1 though? I know there's always Bluray, but it seems like even the Moira concert rip was better quality. Maybe I'm just imagining it.

>> No.1244

The Moira rips I got are at 704x384

My Day 1 is at 720x480

My Roman is at... 608x336....

Decent enough quality for me!
